About
My path begins with drawing and with graffiti, which struck me for its direct language, its occupation of public space, and its independence from established canons. That curiosity still guides me toward free, non-conventional visual expression.
Graffiti remains the foundation of my work. I am interested less in its aesthetic than in its approach: immediacy, freedom, and a direct relationship with space. My practice transforms these principles — gesture, repetition, presence — into a more analytical, project-based process that opens toward abstraction.
Graphic reworking is where my languages converge: graffiti, stencil, the seriality of product design, and the construction of patterns and visual systems. From product design I took a mindset, not an aesthetic: processes, phases, and modularity as creative tools.
Stencils let me balance control and openness, building images from modules and layers. Like graffiti, they unfold on two levels: careful planning in the studio and direct action in the street.
Notable works
Since 2021, I have been a regular participant in MAD – Muri Artistici Diffusi festival in Ponte Tresa and in projects organised by WgArt association, including the exhibition marking its 10th anniversary at Villa Mirabello (Varese) and several murals in Varese’s area.
Some of my most significant projects are: a 250-square-metre pavement street art piece in Luino (2024, in collaboration with Luino Town Council and Cooperativa Lotta), a commemorative mural against violence (2023, in collaboration with Brezzo di Bedero Town Council and the “Per mano si può” Association) and a portrait of the writer Piero Chiara on display at Palazzo Verbania (2022). I have also been creating murals on private commission since 2021.
